Universal Track and Trace - Track My Parcel
We developed Track My Parcel in conjuction with the team at Open360 for your customers. Every time an item/consignment leaves your warehouse your customer, the person receiving the item, will be capable of tracking the consignment throughout its journey. This works for all carriers you use through TIG.
It works by OpenFreight sending an automatic email and/or SMS to your customer with a link directing them onto the Track My Parcel webpage which displays a live update on the status of that delivery, including a countdown timer until the delivery will occur.
The page can viewed on any device with an internet connection i.e. mobile phone, iPad, laptop etc and can be customised in your own livery like the image shown here.
